Gratitude is much more than saying thank you.
Gratitude is a state of mind.
When you are in the gratitude state of mind you completely change the way you see the world; you change your perspective of your reality.
When you are in gratitude you appreciate everyone and all things that are part of your life in every now moment.
When you are in gratitude you know intuitively that everything that happens to you, good or bad, is an experience. You know deep down that even when you have a bad experience, you know that you can do things differently to get what you want, you can do things differently to interrupt damaging behaviour patterns, you also know that you have the support, encouragement and motivation from those around you.
For all those reasons, gratitude is a state of mind.
As in this very now moment I am in gratitude, I would like to tell you that I’m grateful for you. I’m grateful for all of you who have been here with me for quite a while. I’m also grateful for all of you who have been with me for a short while.
I’m grateful for your support, your encouragement, your motivation and inspiration and your kind words.
You are the ones who keep me going to do what I love doing.
I’m very grateful to you for being in my life.

Be in the state of gratitude as often as you are aware of.
Be grateful for your achievements, for your experience, for your mistakes.
Be grateful for those who support you, encourage you and inspire you.
