Goal setting, we all do it. Traditionally, we set our goals at the beginning of a new year.
Now, here’s the thing when you set up your goals make sure to include time.
You may think that it’s obvious that you include time in your goals. However, I’m not talking about time as a deadline for you to achieve your goals.
I’m not talking about time that you give yourself to start achieving your goals. I’m not talking about time as in weeks, months or years.
I’m talking about real-time.
Real-time means every now moment.
It is in every now moment that you achieve your goals.
It is in every now moment that you keep track of your goals.
It is in every now moment that you make your goals flexible because as you may know, the more flexible your goals are the more achievable they become.
It is in every now moment that you adapt your goals or perhaps change parts of your goals to make them achievable.
It is also in every now moment that you give yourself time off to reset your mind and your body, so you have the strength to keep going until you achieve your goals.
Most importantly, it is only in every now moment that you can take action towards achieving your goals. You can’t keep track of your goals yesterday, you can’t keep track of your goals a week from now.
The only time you can keep track of your goals, the only time you can take action is in every now moment.
Let’s take action right now, right in this now moment.
When you think about time in relation to your goals, think of time as support.
Think of time as an asset because you work with time.
Think of time as a resource, as one more tool that you have to work with towards achieving your goals.
Think of time as a gift that you give to yourself when you take time off to reset your mind and your body so you have the strength to achieve your goals.
Now, if in this very now moment you are already thinking that you don’t have time, then let’s have a chat.
