It’s when you know, you know you know you can do everything you focus your mind on, you know you can change, you know you can learn and you know you can do things differently so get the results you want. You also know that you don’t need to do everything by yourself, you know you can ask for help.
It is what keeps you going and what keeps you going is not outside but rather inside yourself.
You will not find mindset in the world out there, because mindset is within you.
Everything starts within you, and as such you know what the right mindset is to be.

Check your mindset from time to time, not just when things go wrong, not just when life doesn’t go according to plan, not just when the unexpected happens.
Ask yourself what levels of self-belief, self-worth, self-assurance you find yourself in any now moment.
Ask yourself how often you are in the state of knowing that you can do everything you want.
Ask yourself how often you trust in your intuition.
