Thoughts are not random. They don’t just pop up in our minds.  And even if they do, we are the only ones who can control them.

Discover how we can use the power of thoughts for our benefit.

We are the only ones who can decide what to keep and what to reject.

When people offer their advice, we think about it and then we choose. Either “yes” or “no”. It is simple, isn’t it?

The tricky part is what we think about ourselves.

The thoughts we have about ourselves. Do the thoughts we have about ourselves support us, encourage us, motivate us to achieve our goals, to get the results we want?

Or do the thoughts we have about ourselves sabotage us? That negative voice inside our heads saying you can’t do something.

And if they do sabotage us what do we do with them?

Banish them!
Yes, banish them!

Because if we don’t, we won’t get the results we want.

We get stressed, anxious. We get scared.

So, how do we banish our negative thoughts? You replace those thoughts.

When you have a negative thought about yourself, you immediately ask:

“What do I want to think instead?”

And think something positive, something resourceful, something that supports you.

Think about it.
Be the quality control manager of your thoughts and focus the power of thoughts on what you want.

When I ask people what they want I usually get a reply listing the things they don’t want. And when I insist, most people seem unsure.
This is because we tend to focus on the things we don’t want more than on the things we do want.
So, guess what? We end up getting what we don’t want!
Think about that.

Now make a list of things you want.

Don’t focus on what you don’t want. Focus on what you want.

And please, as usual, I would love to hear your thoughts about that. Please let me know by sending me a message through my contact form.
