In the last articles, we’ve discussed how we can control fear and some of the fears that are a problem: fear of public speaking and fear of taking action, or procrastination.

Today, I’d like to focus on another important fear that is a problem: our fear of change, going out of your comfort zone.

Let’s start understanding what does change mean.

Change means development, change means evolution. If it hadn’t been for change, we would still have been living in caves. Since we don’t live in caves anymore, change is natural.

When you think about your career, or your business, and I’m sure you already have a successful career and a successful business, how do you repeat this success?
Perhaps by paying attention to what’s going on around you. Also, making some adjustments, so the success and the results keep coming.
So, change is natural.

The problem happens when you get too comfortable within your Comfort Zone. Then, just the thought of doing something different might terrify you.

So, you don’t take action. You get stuck, you don’t want to change. At the very least, you stay behind.
And the worst of staying behind, you or your business may become irrelevant.

Success comes from great results and great results come from change.

And if the fear of change stops you from doing that, from achieving the results you want, then get in touch with me.
